When was the list time you jumped in a puddle or played a game of tag? So many of us get caught up in working that we forget to take time out to play. Without a healthy balance of work and play, you may find yourself feeling stressed or burned out.

You’ll simplify your life and feel inspired if you learn to be like a child again and play, rather than work your way through life. I recently spent time with my nieces and nephew and experienced the joy of being a child again. We spent time colouring, chasing each other around the house, doing gymnastics and cuddling together on the couch. What will you do today to have fun and play?
