Inspiration is everywhere. I tell stories through words and photos.

I’ve been keeping a journal for as long as I can remember. In high school my favourite class was creative writing. When I travel, one of my favourite pastimes is to observe life around me and to reflect, while writing in my journal.

Author

In 2017 I published my first book Life Reboot: An Inner Wisdom Guide To Finding Your Passion And Purpose.

Part memoir, part self-guided coaching manual, Life Reboot is based on my travels and personal transformation during my early thirties. I left my corporate career and decided to pursue my passions of teaching yoga and giving back.

The reader is guided to self-reflect through writing and meditation exercises. Life Reboot is available on Amazon and Kindle and Audible.

My second book Guided by Love: A Journey Through Duality, was released in 2020. I delve into the themes of love, life and death, due to my own personal experiences and travels in Brazil in 2018-2019.

The reader is encouraged to appreciate the fragility of life and never take it for granted. Guided by Love is available on Amazon and Kindle, and Audible.

International Speaker

My corporate career in information technology as a project manager and leadership coach has provided me with opportunities to speak at conferences and events. The themes of my talks are around bringing mindfulness to the workplace, managing stress, and employee engagement. You can listen to the recordings here.

Yoga Teacher

As a yoga and meditation teacher I lead international workshops and retreats, helping people to explore their inner world through yoga. Incorporating mindfulness and meditation into my life has been essential to my own well-being and peace of mind.

Volunteer

I helped to launch Helping Hands for India in 2009 and serve as a board member in the role of Director of Fundraising. We are a registered charity who have built a school in northern India, providing education to 300 children.

I also volunteer my time to various projects by being an advisor to the All Stars Academy Football Club and supporter of Yogi Street Dog Rescue Society.
